Church Planting

I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.
So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything,
but only God who gives the growth. It all comes down to God
and church planting is His work. (1 Corinthians 3:5–7)

Church Planting Project

Bringing Light to Brick Kiln Communities

The Church Planting Project is a visionary initiative aimed at establishing vibrant Christian communities within brick kiln settlements. Recognizing the spiritual hunger and the need for pastoral care among brick kiln workers and their families, this project seeks to plant churches that will serve as beacons of hope, love, and transformation in these marginalized communities.

1. Spiritual Outreach: Bring the message of God's love and salvation to brick kiln communities through the establishment of local church congregations, providing a place for worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
2. Community Engagement: Engage with residents of brick kiln settlements in meaningful ways, offering practical assistance, emotional support, and spiritual guidance to address their holistic needs.
3. Discipleship and Leadership Development: Equip individuals within brick kiln communities with the knowledge, skills, and resources to grow in their faith and become leaders in their churches and communities.
4. Empowerment and Social Transformation: Empower members of church congregations to advocate for justice, equality, and social change within their communities, addressing issues such as labor rights, education, and healthcare.
5. Sustainable Growth: Ensure the long-term viability and sustainability of church plants by training and mentoring local leaders, fostering self-reliance, and cultivating a culture of generosity and stewardship among congregation members.

1. Needs Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment within targeted brick kiln communities to understand their spiritual, social, and economic realities and identify opportunities for ministry.
2. Leadership Development: Train and equip church planters, pastors, and lay leaders to effectively lead and minister to congregations in brick kiln communities, providing theological education, pastoral training, and discipleship resources.
3. Evangelism and Outreach: Engage in intentional evangelism and outreach efforts within brick kiln settlements, sharing the gospel message through personal relationships, community events, and evangelistic programs.
4. Worship Gatherings: Organize regular worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and discipleship classes within church plants, creating opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, and worship among believers.
5. Community Development: Partner with local organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to address pressing needs and challenges within brick kiln communities, offering practical assistance, advocacy, and support.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of church planting efforts through qualitative and quantitative measures, seeking feedback from congregation members and community stakeholders to inform future strategies and activities.

Through the Church Planting Project, the Brick Kiln Poor People Help and Church Ministry aims to establish thriving Christian communities that will bring light, hope, and transformation to the lives of brick kiln workers and their families, reflecting the love and compassion of Jesus Christ in tangible ways.

The secret to happiness lies in helping others. Never underestimate the difference YOU can make in the lives of the poor
